Dallas/Ft Worth & Texas Panhandle Spring 2021 Virtual Auditions

All Spring 2021 Conference Programming and Auditions will be online utilizing AuditionWare and the Zoom platform.

Registration Deadlines
• Sunday, February 14th, 9:00 AM: Online registrations begins.
•Monday, March 5th: Substitute and Additional Judges requests due.
•Monday, March 15th , 4:00 PM: Online registration closes.
o ALL student information, repertoire, and fees are due.
o No changes in repertoire are allowed after March 15th.
• Monday, March 17th - 29th, 4:00 PM: YouTube Video Links uploaded into AuditionWare.

Auditions Timeline
• Monday, April 5th, 8:00 AM: Judging Schedule Released
• April 5th – 8th: Preliminary Judging (Classical, Musical Theater and CCM)
• Saturday, April 10th, 10:30 AM: Welcome and Semifinalist Announcements
• April 10th – 12th: Semifinal Judging
• Tuesday, April 13th, 6:30 PM: Finalists Announced
• Thursday, April 15th, 7:00 PM: Finals Honors Recital and Awards

Entry Fees
• Student Audition Entry per category: $15
• All applicable fees will be collected online through AuditionWare
• Entry fees are non-refundable.

Informational Meetings
• Saturday, January 16th at 3:00 PM via ZOOM
• Thursday, February 4th at 7:00 PM via ZOOM

DFW & Panhandle NATS Judges Meetings
• Wednesday, March 24th at 7:00 PM via ZOOM
• Sunday, March 28th at 3:00 PM via ZOOM
• Tuesday, March 30th at 7:00 PM via ZOOM
