What's New > NATS executive office now fully remote

With the recent sale of the Jacksonville office in March, NATS has transitioned to fully remote operations for its executive staff.
“After weighing the options, the NATS Board of Directors felt it was the right time to sell the office and embrace fully remote operations for the association and staff,” said Allen Henderson, NATS executive director. “This change is part of our ongoing efforts to adapt to evolving work environments while maintaining the high level of service that NATS members have come to expect. In recent years we have also hired several new staff who live outside the Jacksonville area, and this change allows us to seek out the best talent in the future without geographic limitations.”
The NATS phone line remains unchanged, and calls will continue to be answered promptly by staff during business hours. For those needing to send physical mail, such as dues checks or other documents, the new office mailing address is:
National Association of Teachers of Singing
9526 Argyle Forest Blvd.
Suite B2, #320
Jacksonville, FL 32222
Thanks to efficient digital tools (advanced phone systems, virtual meetings, and cloud services), this shift to fully remote work offers staff the flexibility of modern work arrangements with no disruption to member services. The remote model also brings the benefit of reduced operating costs, such as utilities and office property maintenance, which aligns with the association’s commitment to financial stewardship.
